This premium keyring has been inspired by pampeano’s world-renowned leather pampeano belts, which hold a prestigious reputation for premium quality across all four corners of the globe. The intricate, Aztec diamond patterns which decorate them are steeped with heritage and tradition, each one holding its own historic story. A single pampa diamond has been hand-woven to the front of this piece, creating a beautifully coordinating piece to the belts.

This method of hand-stitching which is found across all of pampeano’s stunning leather collections, is traditional to Argentina. Local artisans who are surrounded by roaming gauchos and expansive polo fields use this hand-craft to decorate leather belts worn by polo players to show their team colours. The Aztec shapes and diamond patterns are inspired by the peaks and troughs of the Andes Mountains which overlook them. The brightly coloured designs are threaded using saddlery threads which are dipped in wax for strength and vibrancy, whilst making them easy to clean with a damp sponge without the worry of fraying. To this day, these artisans still hand-weave pampeano’s premium leather pieces, using the finest, hand-selected pieces of vegetable-tanned leather which only improves with age.
