Introducing the premium black bordado pampeano belt, which is part of our premium belt collection with jet black leather and stitching.
pampeano has worked closely with its artisans, travelling to South America where it all started, amongst the polo fields and panoramic estancias, to develop these extraordinary pieces.
Whilst in South America, our designers were able to hand-select the finest leather available for the Black Bordado pampeano polo belt. From the tannery near La Pampa, pampeanos artisans choose the very best quality bands of jet black leather. The raw edges are waxed and painted before the iconic pampa diamond pattern is pressed into the leather with expert precision. The design is then woven onto the leather by hand, using matching, jet black, wax-dipped saddlery threads. It is a process that can take up to five hours to complete, and the Black Bordado pampeano belt is the perfect way to showcase the artistry of such highly trained craftsmen.
This is a fusion of traditional and contemporary South American design with heritage and expert craftsmanship.
This premium polo belt is embossed with pampeanos logo at the end of the tongue. On purchase, an authenticity stamp will be hand-embossed onto the back of the belt, showing the quality craftsmanship. Initials can also be hand-pressed onto the leather belt loop at your request.
This exclusive Black Bordado belt is only available in a selected number of locations and here, directly from pampeano.
Dimensions
The Black Bordado pampeano belt comes in a variety of sizes from 80-115cm in length. Like all of our standard belts, it is 3.5cm in width. Please see our international size chart for further sizing recommendations.
Care
The high quality, natural materials used to hand-craft this pampeano belt means that it has been made to last. To keep it looking at its best, it is important to keep your pampeano polo belt clean and nourished. Use a leather cream to keep the surface enriched and use a soapy, non-coloured sponge to scrub the threads in the direction of the stitching, before using a damp cloth to rinse and a dry towel to blot the threads to dry. More care instructions can be found on the FAQ page.
