A family-run country store
Despite the growing business, the family is still old fashioned in their view of providing a personal customer service experience and supplying only hand-selected, quality products.
Their larger premisis in Ombersley, which they moved to just 18 months ago, has enabled them to increase the number of prestigious brands that sit alongside their equestrian products including country lifestyle brands, clothing and footwear brands, and a large department of pet accessories.
As a member of the Society of Master Saddlers, the staff at Oldfields of Ombersley are extensively trained and are also qualified to advise and fit hats and body protectors.

pampeano's skinny polo belts in particular, have been popular amongst Oldfield of Ombersley’s large equestrian customer base, which ranges from many international eventers and dressage riders, jockeys, pony club members, riding clubs and happy hackers.
pampeano's exquisite cashmere and alpaca scarves are very popular amongst the country lifestyle customers and the Argentine leather polo dog collars and leads are perfectly suited to the array of pet owners that visit the store.
Quality country products
Speaking to Steph from Oldfields of Ombersley in regards to their collection of pampeano pieces, she said “Personally I like the ladies’ purses, the quality and colours are lovely.” And when asked what the best thing about her job is, “I enjoy the feeling of finding a customer a product they exactly want and to be able to offer them an excellent selection of quality brands – it’s truly satisfying!”
